Dear Parents,

Greetings in the Name of Christ our Risen Savior!

Planning for the 2025-2026 school year has been in full swing at the congregation and board level, and it is now time to begin the pre-registration process for next year.  The pre-registration process is important because it allows us to plan accurately for staffing, materials, supplies, and all of the other items    essential for a school program.

All registration forms for the 2025-2026 school year are attached below. These forms can also be requested from the school office.  Please complete the forms and return them to the school office with your registration fees.

The registration fee is $500.00 per student.  A deposit of $175.00 per student is due with the registration forms as soon as possible, but no later than June 1, 2025.  If you are not able to make that commitment by June 1st, we will do everything we can to accommodate your children but cannot guarantee a spot.  The remainder of the registration fees ($100 reg. fee balance, $100 technology fee, $125 textbook fee) can be paid now or will be collected on July 30th on final registration day along with first month’s tuition.

We’ve also attached the fee sheet for the 2025-2026 school year.  The Frieda Pickreign/Jane Reineck Financial Aid Fund is available for those families who need assistance.  This can be applied for online at www.mytads.com.  These forms need to be completed by June 15, 2025.

Just a reminder, students entering Kindergarten, will need to provide immunization records, physical, dental, and eye examinations.  2nd graders will need to have a dental examination, and 6th graders will need immunization records, and recent physical and dental examinations.  All of these forms will need to be submitted at registration on July 30, 2025.

More information will be following soon including fundraising opportunities and other initiatives being considered to make our school financially feasible for both St. Paul congregation and all of our school families. Please feel free to call the school office at 815-562-6323 if you have any questions.
